But it needed tweaking.<\/p>\n<p>First of all, onions give Honey gas.  NOT GOOD.<\/p>\n<p>Here is our take on the steak sandwich.  It is a little (Or a lot) different.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/dutchblitz.net\/recipes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/03\/img_6016wmsm.jpg\" title=\"Mmmm\u2026steak\u2026\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/dutchblitz.net\/recipes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/03\/img_6016wmsm.jpg\" alt=\"Mmmm\u2026steak\u2026\" align=\"middle\" height=\"320\" width=\"450\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/recipeforsuccess.wordpress.com\/2008\/02\/09\/focaccia-bread\/\" target=\"_blank\">Focaccia Bread.<\/a>\u00a0 I made it all from scratch-like.<\/p>\n<p>Steak.  Duh.  But we <a href=\"http:\/\/recipeforsuccess.wordpress.com\/2006\/05\/25\/marinade-for-steak\/\" target=\"_blank\">marinated them<\/a> for 24 hours first.  The marinade?  IT IS AMAZING.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"item_body\" style=\"line-height:16px;\">Roma (plum) tomatoes, sliced about 1\/4 inch thick<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1 medium red onion, sliced<span class=\"item_body\" style=\"line-height:16px;\"> about 1\/4 inch thick (Optional.  If they don&#8217;t give you gas.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"item_body\" style=\"line-height:16px;\">1 zucchini, <\/span><span class=\"item_body\" style=\"line-height:16px;\">sliced about 1\/4 inch thick.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"item_body\" style=\"line-height:16px;\">Mushrooms, also sliced.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"item_body\" style=\"line-height:16px;\"><\/span><span class=\"item_body\" style=\"line-height:16px;\"><\/span><span class=\"item_body\" style=\"line-height:16px;\">Olive oil.\u00a0 As much or as little as you want.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"item_body\" style=\"line-height:16px;\">2 tablespoons (or more) of balsamic vinegar <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"item_body\" style=\"line-height:16px;\">Focaccia bread (see above), cut in half<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Blue cheese, or mozzarella.  Whatever floats your boat.  Honey disses the blue cheese, so he uses mozza.<\/p>\n<p>DIRECTIONS<\/p>\n<p>Make the foccacia.  Or buy it.<\/p>\n<p>Throw the steak on the barbecue, and toss the veggies, olive oil, and vinegar into a frying pan.  Sautee until tender, 8-10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Slice the steak thinly, and place on foccacia.
