{"id":15,"date":"2005-09-23T22:10:00","date_gmt":"2005-09-23T22:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recipeforsuccess.wordpress.com\/2005\/09\/23\/classy-chicken\/"},"modified":"2005-09-23T22:10:00","modified_gmt":"2005-09-23T22:10:00","slug":"classy-chicken","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dutchblitz.net\/recipes\/classy-chicken\/","title":{"rendered":"Classy Chicken"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Why it&#8217;s called classy chicken, I&#8217;ll never know, but it&#8217;s fast, easy and yummy, that&#8217;s all that matters.<br \/>\nFrom the Best of the Best and more<\/p>\n<p>3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp pepper<br \/>\n3T oil<br \/>\n10 oz frozen asparagus or broccoli (fresh is better)<br \/>\n-I&#8217;ve used cauliflower &#8212; about 1\/2 head or so<br \/>\n10 oz can cream of chicken soup<br \/>\n1\/2 cup mayonnaise<br \/>\n1 tsp curry powder<br \/>\n1 tsp lemon juice<br \/>\n1 cup grated cheddar cheese<\/p>\n<p>Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and sprinkle with pepper. Saute in oil over medium heat until opaque, about 6 minutes. Drain. Cook broccoli until tender crisp; drain and arrange in bottom of buttered casserole. Place chicken on top. Mix together soup, mayo, curry and lemon juice and pour over chicken.
