I kid you not.)<br \/>\n7 cups chopped tomatoes (peeled)<br \/>\n1 cup chopped green pepper<br \/>\n2 cups chopped onion<br \/>\n1\/2 cup loosely packed chopped cilantro<br \/>\n3 cloves garlic crushed<br \/>\n3\/4 cup white vinegar<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp cumin<\/p>\n<p>(This time around I had some red and yellow peppers on hand that I added as well.)<\/p>\n<p>DIRECTIONS<\/p>\n<p>Make sure you wear gloves when chopping the jalapenos. I learned the hard way that the juice STINGS.<\/p>\n<p>Mix everything in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until desired consistency.<\/p>\n<p>Spoon into jars. Pass plastic spatula along sides to get rid of any air bubbles.<\/p>\n<p>Put jars in canner.
